I'm an official iPhone developer! Muwahahahaha!! >:)

All in one day I upgraded to the new MobileMe platform from .Mac (I'm excited by SproutCore, so I was eager to test it out), download and update my iPod touch to the 2.0 software and grab a bunch of apps AND got an email from my personal savior, Steve Jobs (well, his company... but Apple IS Steve, so it's all the same):

You have never seen someone dive for their credit card and complete an online purchase so fast!  I spent today organizing my laptop making space for the dev tools and such, getting my account setup and the various needed keys and certificates, and testing a couple apps loaded onto my iPod.  So beautiful it makes me cry. *sniff*

I LOVE YOU STEVE!

In the beginning...

Every new programming language starts their tutorial with a Hello World application.  It's a standard.  Thus, I present to you my Hello World:

Yo.  What up peeps.

I know, not very impressive... neither is a Hello World app. <shrug />

Well, the message isn't so snazzy, but this blog system is.  MangoBlog is a pretty impressive plugin architecture blog system written in ColdFusion.  I've met the lady who developed it and talked with her about creating architectures like this.  I've always wanted to do so, especially after playing with WordPress, but never had much of a chance.  At work we started redesigning our core framework and I was able to finally delve deeper into a system that offered up an ability to have modules load in.  It's not quite where I want to take it... but it's still pretty friggin' awesome.  Much of it's inspiration came from delving through the code of MangoBlog.  It's a great product. <thumbs up />
